| Tasting Notes | Mid straw with a slight green tinge. Bright in appearance. Complex and lifted bouquet of citrus, lime peel, floral characters with toasty notes. The palate is tight and dry with citrus flavours and a mineral backbone which gives great length and persistence. |

Wine Region: Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. Clone: Geisenheim 198. - Soil Type: Self mulching black verosol derived from tertiary basalt. Winemaking: Whole bunch pressed, fermented at 13°C for 14 days, extended less contact 4 months. The wine was then stabilised, filtered and bottled June 2023. - Cellaring: 2024 to 2032. |
