For the first time in over 30 years, Scotchmans Hill has crafted a Cabernet Sauvignon — and it’s finally here.

Introducing our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, a tribute to tradition and a bold step forward.

We’re thrilled to share that our 2021 Cornelius Pinot Gris has been awarded Runner-Up Double Gold at the 2025 Global Fine Wine Challenge. 

Judges praised it for “ripe pear, yellow apple and pineapple… juicy and fresh palate. Focused and balanced. Expressive and refreshing.” It’s a true reflection of the style and character we love to make at Scotchmans Hill.

Crafted with precision and patience, our 2021 Cornelius Blanc de Noir is a sparkling expression of elegance, perfect for life’s most memorable moments.

Pale straw in the glass, it reveals aromas of strawberries, raspberries, brioche and savoury notes. The palate is fresh and refined, with delicate red fruits, soft spice, bready autolysis and a savoury backbone that lingers on a long, dry finish.

Scotchmans Hill is proud to celebrate another outstanding year in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion.

Seventeen of our wines have been awarded 91 points or above, with eight achieving Gold (95+). Leading the way is our 2022 Cornelius Kirkcaldy Pinot Noir, which received an exceptional 97 points.

We are also honoured to continue our long-standing recognition as a Halliday 5-star winery for over 20 years, and to be named once again among the Top 100 Australian Wineries – a reflection of the dedication of our winemaking, viticulture and wider team.
